DO NOT RECOMMEND! UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I HAVE NOW BEEN FORCED TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE NYS DENTAL BOARD AND HAVE OBTAINED A CONSUMER PROTECTION ATTORNEY. THIS OFFICE TOOK ME ON AS A NEW PATIENT AFTER CONFIRMING THAT THEY ACCEPT MY INSURANCE. SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS LATER, I WAS PULLED INTO THE BILLING DEPT AFTER SERVICE TO BE TOLD THEY DO NOT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE, APOLOGIZING FOR THEIR OVERSIGHT, AND OFFERED A PAYMENT PLAN. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE WHEN I WOULD HAVE JUST WENT ELSEWHERE. SINCE THEN, I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS TEXTS AND LETTERS THREATENING TO SEND MY BILL TO COLLECTIONS. I SPOKE TO MARIA TODAY 8/15 WHO WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND GOT MAD WHEN I TOLD HER SHE SHOULD REMAIN PROFESSIONAL AS SHE IS AT WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL SETTING, AFTER SHE WANTED TO ARGUE WITH ME, TELLING ME IT WASN'T SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS LATER, IT WAS 3 🤦♀️. UMM, THAT'S SEVERAL (MORE THAN 2) WHERE DID YOU GO TO SCHOOL? SHE THEN STARTS QUESTIONING MY CAREER. I'M NOT THE ONE AT WORK. IF I SPOKE TO SOMEONE THE WAY SHE SPOKE TO ME, I PROVABLY WOULDN'T HAVE A JOB. MAYBE SHE SHOULD BE OUT A JOB. IT'S NO WONDER THE INCOMPETENCE HERE. I WILL CONTINUE TO CLIMB THE LADDER WITH FILING COMPLAINTS AND LEGAL ACTION

What an incredible experience I had with Dr Bill!! For almost 60 years I have been petrified of going to the dentist BUT not anymore!! I just had major dental work and I felt NOTHING and absolutely no after effects from pain or swelling!! I cannot tell you how happy I am that I came across this Dr! Top of the line, knowledgeable and friendly!! Don’t wait like I did! Call now!

From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist, they all did an amazing job helping me with my teeth pain that I had sustained at work when I accidentally pulled a little too hard lifting something heavy at work which then I clenched my teeth too hard and mouth and teeth were sore for a little bit. But everybody was great took care of me the same day can't say enough about how practice and the people were amazing switching from where I used to go to here now!! Thank you!!

I’ve had to have two teeth extracted and Dr. Bill D’Angelo did an excellent job both times. He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough. I highly recommend this practice - excellent experience!

I love this dentist and staff. I'm so comfortable when I'm there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediately stop what they are doing and greet you. 10 stars if I could, Great job!!! front desk, dentist, dental assistant, hygienist and all staff.
