He is extremely considerate of people’s needs and helps them make difficult decisions. He is very patient and never uses “hard sell” techniques that are commonplace in today’s world.

No one likes to have to visit a funeral home. It feels weird to even think about writing a review but I just need everyone to know how great and kind the people at Colonial Memorial Chapel have been. The staff have been wonderfully kind and understanding. They walked us through the process from beginning to end answering every question. They helped take care of the obituary and other necessary paperwork. They never pressured us into anything more than what our beloved wanted and even went above and beyond to get the color casket we wanted. They even allowed arrangements for a family member to see her early. They set up a minister to come do a short service after the viewing.... read full review
