It's a Walmart. Nothing new to add here - all the good and bad already well known. They do have the lowest prices in the Kingston area on numerous brand items - I've done numerous item by item comparisons.

Ron is extremely helpful! Melissa the cashier is also Awesome. I had purchased an item, I returned it and the customer service desk refused me. The item had an INSTANT coupon on it and whatever cashier I had didn't have his EYES ? Open. So the coupon has expired, so I went up to a team leader named RON. he presented a $5 gift card. That's what I call 10 ⭐ SERVICE!!!!! THANKS ONCE AGAIN, CASHIER MELISSA. AND RONNIE!!!

Although I have visited this particular Walmart on several occasions, this time it was hard to maneuver because of renovations inside an out. Some of the parking lot was taped off, so available parking was slim. The bathroom was not clean. There were primarily self checkout lanes. Only one manned checkout lane was open. Other than that, the store was as it usually was-fully stocked. Customer service was slow mainly because the clerk kept dealing with other issues during my transaction.
