They are not as thorough as they say they are. Letti acts as if a deep cleaning service is ordered ala carte: clean the floor in the kitchen, but don't wipe down the counters. Clean the toilets but not the showers. Don't use bleach unless the client tells you to. Vacuuming is not included unless it's an extra charge. Leave the dust on the light fixtures? Really?
And she argued with me when I complained!
Don't use them.

What a good experience! I am not the type to hire someone to come into my home but I really needed help this time. I made a request on the website and Orfa got back to me in short order. She agreed to stop by and look at my messy home. She took 15 minutes to look around and give me a price. We agreed on a time to come back and help me out. She arrived with everything she needed and got straight to work. Almost 3 hours later (there was dog hair EVERYWHERE!) the place looked amazing! Even my oven was sparkling! Highly recommend her. Just a nice person and an efficient and hard worker. I will definitely call her again.

What a great experience!! I needed last minute help getting my house ready for guests and Orfa was amazing. Best and most thorough cleaning I've ever had in my house - nothing was neglected! Great price, especially considering the great quality. Will definitely be calling on Orfa again!
