Mediocre at best. Our windows were installed in a new house nearly 3 years ago. Inconsistent quality with the seal of the panes (how do we have dead bugs between panes?), locking mechanism inconsistent (windows don't seem to close all the way to engage the lock). Emails to contact person went unanswered (not sure if it was the Kingston office that builders used; will try again to get service).

Being a small business we are extremely busy trying to keep up and get our estimates out and keeping our customers happy. When we need residential jobs we want to offer a great product to our customers. Pella windows & doors of Kingston are just that, a great window and door company. They respond to us for quotes right away and getting any order finalized is a breeze. Every order is delivered to the address of the project or to our shop from one of their personable and helpful drivers. What a great company to work with and Pella products are the BEST. I called about a lock for my door. I didn't have any information on the door. The lady who I spoke to was absolutely amazing and just such a sweet person. She was able to help me identify the door on video chat and order the correct part. I will never use another company for windows and doors I highly recommend them to anyone and the coverage you get is incredible!
