After 3 years of going to a podiatrist for severe plantar fasciitis and spending a lot of money on custom orthotics and specific hiking boots with no progress and being told by him that hopefully I’ll be able to hike again one day, I decided to do something different. Within 6 weeks and 2 sessions with her in addition to doing the stretches she told me to do I am able to walk better and farther than I have since this started.
