Modern Shacks and their team especially Sarkis really worked hard and made sure I was being taken care of- I felt so safe in their hands, and they did an outstanding job with renovations. They were great at communication and always finished on time.

Modern Shacks turned a disaster into a thing of beauty!
Our 1850’s home got a frozen pipe on the second floor above the kitchen, laundry room and den. The water ran for approximately 5 hours.It took out the carpeting on the 2nd floor but the real damage was to the first floor. The ceiling caved in, the oak floors cupped, the cabinets were ruined, washer/dryer trashed, insulation sopped, drywall gone, etc.. . We had a major insurance claim, completer with mold remediation. I submitted to the insurance adjuster and got what I thought was a fair and hefty payment. Sarkis reviewed my claim and told me I had left 10’s of thousands on the table.
