I wanted to renovate a small outbuilding into a living space for my daughter and sent pictures to many contractors. Michael Lockwood was by far the most prompt in contacting me and coming to view the project. He offered the suggestions and guidance I sorely needed, sent me a draft and then the completed drawings within weeks. Mr. Lockwood and/or his friendly professional staff were available for questions and explanations. I was more than satisfied and so was the building inspector. Structure and design were addressed and came together beautifully. Thanks to Michael Lockwood!

It has been a pleasure working with Lockwood Architecture on our turn of the century farm house in Upstate NY.  Mr. Lockwood is extremely accessible and easy to communicate with. The architectural drawings are impeccable. In addition, we are utilizing Mr. Lockwood's construction company to also renovate this old farm house. The house has many structural issues that require specialized expertise and Mr. Lockwood's construction group has the required expertise to handle our project. Very professional and affordable. Highly recommended.
