Been going here for years. No problems.Some reviews stated it was dirty. I assure you it is not. Most likely they have someone come in periodically to vacuum and clean windows.The staff and doctor are all friendly and professional.

This practice takes my optical insurance, which is very helpful, and they have a good enough selection of frames, especially plastic frames. I've gotten 3 pairs of glasses from them over several years (plastic frames) but none of them have been completely satisfactory in regards to the prescription or fitting. For the most recent pair, I got a new prescription from another optician and ordered the glasses from Dr. Cohen's practice. The prescription is correct this time, but the reading part of the bifocal lenses is not in the right place for easy reading. Dr. Cohen and his staff push plastic frames, but in the past I've had better luck with wire frames.... read full review

I don't have optical coverage, and am on a fixed income. After obtaining quotes from several local opticians, I called Dr. Cohen's office, assuming another pleasant exchange would occur. A woman named Ann answered, and informed me that they don't give quotes via phone. That's inconvenient, but isn't why I'm writing this; the issue was Ann's behavior. I had other questions, and throughout the call, I felt as though I was pulling teeth, trying to get information. At one point, she said she was waiting for me to "finish playing twenty questions." Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere.
