I watched this young tech be kind and thorough helping the (even older and dumber than me) customer ahead in line. On and Beyond: It was like my old Mac got a spa treatment and face lift for an incredibly reasonable price. They had it done & ready to pick up two days faster than estimated, and made sure everything was exactly right at pick up. It wasn’t. It was my fault, cost them extra time and no one got impatient with me. I’m in awe of this level of service and can’t recommend KCW highly enough. Oh, and easy parking behind the building right in the busy Uptown area of Kingston with a great book/coffee shop across the street. Who knew computer issues could be a satisfying experience?
