I highly recommend Dr. Howells. I'm from here, moved away, and was visiting family. I had terrible neck and back pain and couldn't wait until I got home to see my local chiro so I called here. He took me as a last minute appointment, was very knowledgeable and respectful. I am now able to sit without pain this weekend thanks to him. If I was still local I'd definitely be coming back!!!

Dr Howells is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced Chiropractor. I’ve known him personally for many years. He thoroughly explains what he’s doing and takes time with any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend him.

Any time I am near Kingston, NY, I arrange for a massage with Tim McArdle, LMT at Howells Chiropractic. I have had many and no one comes close to Tim for a deep tissue massage. It is the healthiest thing I can do for my body. Both professional and educational as he can tell you why it all works. The price is also very reasonable.
