I recently spent about 24 hours in the psych unit, and while I came in very upset and frustrated, the staff handled everything with a lot of patience and professionalism.
I want to specifically acknowledge Claire, who really helped me calm down and eventually open up. The team as a whole was incredibly understanding, even when I was difficult to deal with at first.

Im only giving two only because we did have an amazing nurse at first which loved how she treated my child and respiratory did make these amazing blankets that’s comforted my child which i am for ever thankful for. The worst part was the DR. The doctor was horrific. She treated my child like an inconvenience and had absolutely no clue what she was doing. The Dr.Bang was like I don’t see the need to transfer but if you want we can only transfer to wmc not her team at another hospital 5 min away because according to her it was illegal which is bs. I had some tests ordered by my Doc at this hospital.
They came (on time) to get me in the lobby...took me to my various tests and I even had a few nice conversations with hospital staff. They brought me a nice cold beverage while waiting in between tests. It was as pleasant experience as I imagine one could have at a hospital. Most everyone I encountered was upbeat and helpful.
