I am a walk in customer so my stylists vary and I haven't been disappointed. There is a good selection of products available for purchase and the staff are very helpful and kind. I never feel rushed, but there is also no dawdling.

I've been going to C&C for over 30 years! Great place for a quick cut at reasonable prices. If you are extremely fussy, then this is not the place for you. You'll be out in 15 minutes! Staff is friendly.

I spoke to the woman in English and Spanish explained I'd been growing my hair out from a pixie and it was finally long enough for a trim I was able to put hair up in small pony tail I showed her pictures of hairstyles I was hoping to grow into asked for minimal cut just even up right and left side of my head small lift in back for volume again showed her pictures. She cut but it was visibly longer in one side than the other so I asked her to even it up. She asked me to remove my glasses next thing I know she'd cut all my hair off to less than one quarter inch around my whole head leaving a little long on top for you she says...... I'm beyond livid. She spoke about the rest of the employees not being able to cut hair properly the entire time she hacked all my hair off my head. I've had good service in the past but this Dominican woman was awful. Hateful towards the other employees and I believe she cut it off to be spiteful because I told her it was uneven when she first stopped cutting telling me it was because I was wearing my glasses. Do not use the older Dominican woman with horribly bleached blonde hair. That should've been my first red flag with her.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I am writing this review after giving them 3 chances most recent visit being the 06/16/2025 to fix my hair each time I paid the amount they charged me and did the hair treatment they asked me to get to get to the color my inspiration was the same 3 pictures.

I walked in to their salon in 01/27/25 w/ blonde level 6 balayage with over grown roots with inspiration of cherry red I go to the hairstylist Toni she tells me she needs to fill my blonde with black hair dye to get me to the color I need to get I don’t question her judgement she’s the hair stylist at the end of 2hrs plus my hair is black with hint of red hair stylist keeps gaslighting me and saying I need to go under the sun to see the color the lighting in the salon is different I keep telling them that’s not true my hair looks black looks nothing like my photos and she keeps telling me to go check in the sunlight I let reception know that I don’t agree and it’s not the color so 1st visit I paid for hair fill trim and color I went 2nd time after a week I wash my hair and it’s pitch black I call them to have it fixed they give me a date to come in like weeks later. This lady tells me “color can’t lift color” and I have to bleach my hair now?!! So why did you fill in my blonde hair to get me to red with black? She bleaches my hair for like 15mins and puts uneven color in my hair again .
I go there again this month I get my hair seen by a different stylist she confirms my hair is uneven some places are more red some places are black and ends are bright because of the blonde hair that I had, I tell her fix it make it even do whatever you need to do to get me to the correct hair color I pay again whatever they suggest only to end up with dark hair again with highlighted ends.

Connie needs to hire people with actual hair knowledge her employees that are super old and have no idea of new techniques vivid color or anything. Almost 300 dollars down in drain and my hair is splotchy black with hint of brown red. My husband took a photo of me and asked me if this is supposed to be red or is he color blind. My birthday was the next day so I didn’t even have the energy to argue or complain I just cried and looked terrible I kept trusting them. If you trust a business with your money and energy and they keep letting you down it’s best to move on and that’s the lesson I learned here.

The place has been going downhill lately. We always had to wait for a long time even we always make appointments. At least, we had Bobby who was worth the wait because he was always very meticulous with his work.

Unfortunately, Bobby left. We were recommended to try Melissa, who was an absolute disaster. She ran over with her previous client and was nearly 30 minutes late. She was incredibly rude to us and my son also. To make up the time for her next customer, she rushed to finish my son’s cut in 10 minutes. My 17-year old son left with not only a wet hair and also hair all over his shirt. The cut was horrible that you could tell she just chopped up the long hair in a rush to get it done fast. She didn’t even bother to trim the front and the top at all! His head looks like a bird’s nest.

I don’t mind being late; but front desk shouldn’t cover for her and kept telling us ‘5 minutes’. And, when I asked them for an honest answer they told me to address it with Melissa’s supervisor. How am I supposed to do that?!

Needless to say, we will never return to this place. There are plenty of options in the area.

I’ve been going to Camille for quite a few years and I keep forgetting to do a review. I have short hair and she does a super job always. Have always left smiling and happy.
