Apria is amazing
They took care of all my oxygen needs in both of my residences. They are so friendly and I used them for several years until I just got my Lung Transplant when I didn’t need oxygen anymore, I would highly highly recommend them
Diana at the Kingston NY office was wonderful would give her 10 stars if possible😁!! She helped me out and was very nice. I am ONLY giving Diana from Kingston this review. NOT the lady I was transferred to in supplies some where,she was of no help at all and her information was wrong and I could hardly understand her and was rude,need I say more.
I can't speak to the company across the country, but in my area, the main office was polite, pleasant and helpful. They took the time to explain the equipment, and they set me up with an appointment to pick it up and get instructed very quickly. A follow up call also led to great service.
