Currently at 31mins on hold. First call I was on hold 10 mins before an actual person picked up and put me back on hold. A few mins after, the call disconnected and I had to call back.
It is impossible to talk on the phone to these people. Everytime we call we get immediately put on hold. Many times a recording tells me I am important to them. Eventually it gives a double ring and no one answers. We gave up calling and now take the 45 minute round trip to the office to get a simple question answered. Stop being so greedy and hire a person to answer the phone!
They try to charge you because they billed your insurance company wrong Even though they're in network and supposed to pay what they agreed with your insurance company and their x-ray Department is either incompetent or bad communication between their receptionist. And what your doctor actually wanted Because I called to ask for The contrast the day before, but the woman said I was getting intravenous contrast, but when I got there, I was told I had to drink a Nasty liquid contrast which I drank in the parking lot and then immediately afterwards they took the x-rays and the doctor said they were cloudy after reading about it.
