I had an accident that damaged the garage door and took out the back of the garage. Advanced Disaster was wonderful. They came out in a timely manner, looked over the damage, took pictures and discussed the plan to repair. T & M construction did the work and we are so happy with the results. Our garage looks better than it did before! The team was a delight to work with and their expert workmanship was excellent. Advanced Disaster made a dream out of a nightmare and we could not be happier.

When our hot water heater sprung a leak and ruined most of the floors and molding on our first floor, Advanced Disaster Recovery took care of the remediations. Shortly after calling them, they spent 3 1/2 hours here removing everything that was damaged by the water. They put up plastic barriers to protect other areas of our home from dust. They set up dehumidifiers and fans to prevent mold and came back to check on the drying process. Once there was no longer any moisture, they promptly removed the equipment. They were very thorough.

Last September (2023), I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom. It is a year later and my house has still not been completely repaired. Advanced DRI came within a few days of my reporting the leakto the insurance company. (It was the insurance co. who recommended them.) They proceeded to take out half of my kitchen ceiling and half of he kitchen floor. I lived that way for over nine months. We spent Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter at my house with half a kitchen floor (careful you don't trip because of the difference in height between the section of floor that ws removed and the section that was not touched) and exposed rafters. Did I mention that the upstairs shower was unusable this whole time? The mistakes they made were too numerous to count. When they demolished the bathroom, I asked that the faucets and toilet be kept. Somebody didn't listen because the faucets were thrown out and the toilet ended up being broken and parts missing. Three different plumbers had to come to try and install the toilet. Something was done incorrectly with the floor instalation so the toilet rocked if you sat on it. In the kitchen, when it came time to rehand the light, it was dropped and broken. In January, I got a call saying they would star the kitchen on Wednesday and the bathroom on Thursday. That was followed by a call on February 6 stating it would be at least 2 more weeks. On February 26 I was told there was more paperwork to be filled out. On March 11, I was told there was more paperwork. March 18, I was told not yet. Are you getting the picture? My entire experience with Advanced DRI was horrile. There is no way I would recommend them to ayone - not een my worst enemy. It is now more than one year later and the project is still not complete. I can not say anything good about this company.

Advance dear I was amazing. They were here at my house at midnight, and they haven’t left my house in three weeks. They were here every day. They’re very reliable. They always get back to you even in the middle of the night when somethings not right, I would go to them anytime I needed them. I had to use them through my insurance, and if I could’ve chose them out of the blue, I would’ve they were the very best.
