Today I found the masseuse I've been looking for all my life. I am not kidding you. I just had a massage with Alex because my back is in spasm. I have had these spasms for 40+ years. I can honestly tell you this was the best massage of my life. Alex understands my particular issues. She was not afraid to get in and work on me. Yes it is intense, but that is what my body needs. So many years of neglect on taking care of myself through massage. I actually left exhausted and broke down in tears because I feel like I have found the one person that truly gets me and my unique issue. I have made a promise to myself to take care of me and book at least monthly if not more massage visits with Alex I feel like she is helping me save my life. My only issue is that it's a small building so sometimes it takes a little while to get into a room, but that's because they are helping so many people and it's worth the short wait.
