My partner and I could not have imagined a better first time home buyers experience than with Mike and his team at Gilcrest. The pandemic switched up the buying and selling game. After a year of looking for homes in our area, as locals- we felt super defeated and not hopeful. We asked a lot of questions and asked him to slow it down for us and explain a lot, because we are new to this. Mike's emotional intelligence and knowledge led us in the right path. He told us he wouldn't treat us any differently than his own kids, in this process, and he did not dissapoint. Mike is very responsive, compassionate, and enthusiastic about his business. Every referral he gave for us- whether it be for the inspection or other services- did not disappoint, either! All of those people being fast, efficient, and kind as well. I couldn't recommend him enough. Thank you Mike and Gilcrest Properties ! An intense and stressful process, easily and quickly, became seamless and enjoyable.
Mike and his team at Gilcrest are phenomenal. They sold our home in record time, not once but twice, during the craziest year/circumstances that I think any of us have ever seen (Covid-19). The experience was overall enjoyable, and Mike talks to you like you’re a human, not just another sale! I’ve already suggested to friends looking to sell, and will continue to. I have no doubt that the buying experience is just as pleasant!
