We love Dr Kadlec. (The only reason we make the journey across town to this animal clinic is the great care and “bedside manner” of Dr Kadlec!

Receptionist staff was very accommodating and extremely kind. They got me in same day even though I was not a patient of theirs. Although I am now! The tech was very sweet to my cat and showed real compassion with the situation. The vet came in and gave my cat a treat right away to help ease her and she loved her like I would. She gave me all the information I needed to help with further issues and answered all my questions.
Truly a great experience. I would recommend 10 times over.

From the front door welcome, to the amazing vet and her staff, I felt liked they cared about me and my dogs. The girls - Marley and Grayson (Frenchtons) -give them four paws way up ? ?

Dr Spiers and staff are absolutely awesome. I was new to Buffalo. They took me and my baby girl in like we were family. Thank you so much for such a warm welcome.

The doctors and vet techs at this office have a great bedside manner. There is some disconnect with the receptionists/customer service team.

We were dealing with an escalated concern about our pup's health, and were told by our dog's doctor to follow up with the office on a Monday. When I called in on Monday, the front desk told me that I could expect a call back in 24-48 hours. I tried explaining that the care team was expecting us to follow up on that specific day (and not only did I say this, but the time frame was also explicitly documented on the patient chart), and that a 1-2 day timeframe for follow-up was not only inconsistent with what we'd been told, but would put my dog's health at risk.

Libby was incredibly dismissive of my concern that this was a time-sensitive situation, and even outright laughed at me at one point. I can't emphasize how appalling and upsetting it is to be laughed at when you're seeking out care for a sick puppy whose condition has not improved. She treated me like I was calling to return an online shoe order, not to inquire about the care of my pet.

My dog was sick and having never been there before I was shocked that they found the time to see him the day I called. Everyone was so kind. I’m so thankful to have found a place not far from home that I can count on for my pup! He’s doing so much better!

Great and friendly staff! Girls who work at the receptionist desk are always welcoming and everyone is so good with my dog :)

I love this office. They take such great care of my 13 lb princess, Luna. Check in and check out is always a smooth transition. The veterinarian did a thorough wellness evaluation on her, answered any questions I had and made great recommendations . The vet techs.. amazing, patient, kind and sweet with my girl. You can tell that the staff love what they do. They put their best foot forward to promote a safe, reassuring and calming environment for Luna while getting her shots. 10/10 glad I found this place.

I have been bringing my pets to see Dr. Hawkins and the staff here for many years. I find them all friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Hawkins is wonderful

I could not be happier with the love and support our fur babies receive from the entire team at Kenmore Animal Hospital. They treat their patients as if they are their own. Always going the extra step to ensure nothing is overlooked and being extremely transparent. Thank you for what you do to help us.
