I first hired Northeast Water Systems about 10 years ago to install a UV filtration system at a newly purchased house. Since that first experience, I have used the company several times for my various well water needs. Dan, Todd and Michelle have always been a pleasure to deal with. The employees of this company stand by their word, are very knowledgeable and provide prompt, reasonably priced work. Really refreshing to have a company who simply answers the phone and shows up when they say they will. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

Dan and Austin are super heros! I had problems with my well and water softener and no clue how to determine the problem. They came in and immediately tested every part of the system and well. They explained everything along the way and gave me steps to address the issue. They fixed the well problem.
They were friendly, logical and patient answering all my questions.
I'll be calling them again!
