“We have been coming to BAC for a year now. We recently had to bring our 20+ year old cat in to be euthanized. The care and time they took with us and our baby was amazing. When I went to pick up his ashes they were in a beautiful box and they included keepsakes. I wasn’t expecting all of this and lost it again when I got to my car. They also sent a sympathy card to our family.
Maureen is a godsend and all of the staff are just as wonderful. Thank you all for taking such good care of our baby (and all of our fur babies).”
