Dr. Callan saw my two old rats this week and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. She is very knowledgeable about exotics, and gave them both a thorough exam to make sure everything was in working order (and was also extremely patient in light of them being terrified of new people.) One of my boys needed a tooth trim due to being on a soft diet, she handled him very gently and did a great job cutting them back to relieve any discomfort he was feeling. She was very accommodating and allowed him to go back for the procedure with his brother's blanket for comfort. My 16# rescue was difficult to manage when I first started here. Few years later he is much better. The technicians Danielle and Jen and others are wonderful with him. Lisa at the desk is also wonderful. My new vet, Dr Walley is kind and patient and was able to do exam which was not the case our first visit. It has been an overall positive experience

Chenango Animal Hospital is where I bring both of my dogs and they always take great care of me and my dogs. Dr. Gaylord answers all of my questions and remembers everything about my dogs. Everything is done easily and I don’t have to worry about getting an appointment when I need one. Thank you Dr. Gaylord!!!
