UHS Primary Care - Johnson City

If I could give zero stars I would. They misdiagnosed my husband not once, but twice and refuse to take any accountability. The office manager was so unprofessional and rude on the phone when trying to clear up the situation. Do not go here, clearly no one knows what they are doing.

Per doctor to get physical since it's been awhile. I'll be polite and just say it wasn't any different than any other visit

Horrible experience with this UHS primary care location. I am a healthy adult with virtually no medical conditions. I waited over an hour and half in the waiting room and then during my appointment the resident left (to consult the attending) and was gone for over an hour. Just to tell me everything looked good. All the doctors here are residents, so expect delays and long visits. I stayed a year thinking things would get better. But not once did they refill my medication on time, it would take 1-2 weeks. The staff at the front desk is not helpful at all (that’s if you can get ahold of anyone) and their ability to communicate with the doctors and pass on a message is nonexistent. Save yourself the headache. Moving to a new facility and never going back.
