on Tuesday morning I discovered my hot water heater was leaking....I called Tom Ellis Refrigeration ...in spite of their internet being down the lady answering the phone was polite and helpful...as soon as she got back into their system she texted an 8 o'clock appt for the next day...the workers Andrew and Jacob were prompt, polite, and very good at explaining what was going on...they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need..shopped around for the best price for the heater...they even took the time to show me how to adjust the temp of the water...they were done by 1130...it was the best experience I have ever had with home repairs...highly recommend them for getting... read full review

Technician was very polite knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and returned and installed them quickly and efficiently.
