“If you are in the market for flooring, you have to go to this place. I have never left a google review before, but had to since I just had a great experience. Amazing customer service. We stopped down to look at engineered wood flooring, and Robert the owner spent about 2 hours with us total on a couple trips down to pick something out. I did the install myself. Robert loaned me the nail gun and compressor for 2 weeks, and provided a box of staples. Right before install, there was a question on the humidity level of the floor. Robert came to my house with a meter. He called the floor manufacturer, and we were assured there was no issue. He requested confirmation in writing so that there would be no issues in case warranty issues in the future, and I received a letter by the floor manufacturer. Finally, with about 30 square feet left of the installation, the gun broke. I called Robert to see if he had another one. He had one delivered to my house in 45 minutes! Above and beyond. I can't recommend him enough!“
