Good contractors are hard to find. Dave Jones of Affordable Heating and Air Condition was one of five local HVAC companies I called for an estimate of both a furnace and a.c. central air conditioner replacement. His estimate was reasonable and timely. The prearrival communication is appreciated and I found Dave to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Installation, haul, and clean-up were all done as describe and efficient. Much appreciated. Would recommend.

Dave came to our old apartment building every year for fifteen years. We weren’t even up to code!! Had 5 natural gas leaks for approximately 18 months!! Four to furnace one on hot water heater. Three out of four tenants very sick and our cats too!! One died!! Still recovering six months later!! Just took the money and ran every year!! All my houseplants kept dying. Sign of natural gas leak. Carbon monoxide detectors do not tell natural gas leaks.

Dave delivers exceptional service every time. Diagnosed and fixed my central AC problem (a small refrigerant leak) within an hour. Pricing very fair, and now AC is blowing Ice cold once again. 👍 👍

Last year our furnace stopped working and we had Affordable Heating replace it with a high efficiency unit. There was a 2 week delay in getting the unit supplied but the installation went well. Affordable Heating also installed dampers so we could throttle back the heat to our upstairs and sleep cooler. Installers were efficient and worked the entire time they were here.

I called this company after Appolo tried scamming me. The owner went out, fixed the furnace and verified it was safe and in good shape, just needed a sensor cleaned. Very honest and professional.

Good communication, Dave arrived 20 minutes before projected appointment time with an advanced phone call on his way. He knew exactly what to do and promptly got me back in action here within an hour. Very knowledgeable, friendly and very experienced. Highly recommended

Expensive and is a guesser on Boiler repairs. My Boiler now is totally not working after paying him over $2,000. Looks like I will have to call Yost & Cambel for service.
