My wife and l have been doing our taxes here for about 16 years, we never had any issues there, what l personally like the most is, they update the new tax law that works best for you.

I have been using (as well as my parents) Mike's tax services since 1995. Even though we don't live in NY anymore, it has never been an issue with the service they provide. I have found Pinnacle to be fast and thorough. Thanks!
