So Richard came to our rescue when our newly renovated basement flooded. I honestly thought the repairs were going to be simple considering what I saw on the surface. Richard explained in detail all the steps needed to restore properly!!!! My original thought of 20 grand was way off. Richard took control, called the insurance agency, made appointments, completed all the inventory lists and had my basement completely restored and mold free…… the cost was over 75,000 to complete and I would have never seen that money had it not been for mr.
