I'm a little perplexed at some of the negative reviews. My wife and I first contacted Long Island Modular in February of 2022. We met with Jonathan and he immediately had us working with his engineer to modify our plans for modular construction. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the manufacturing facility. I was given a tour upon arrival and was introduced to all the key personnel. I really enjoyed meeting all of them and ended up having interaction with most of them along the way. John is the most knowledgable construction player in the business. Very responsive and explains things clearly. He creates solutions and has cost efficiency's that saved many of my clients lots of money. As a construction banker, i work with the clients and the builders across the Tri-State. They rave of the quality and more importantly the Speed.
