Steve is a fantastic trainer, as well as a great motivator. He's not just your trainer, but he's also your friend, and truly cares about your physical and mental well-being. I've had nothing but great experiences with him as my personal trainer.

I’ve been coming here for over two years they are always open and have everything you need! Never too crowded and the owner is very personable. Highly recommend to anyone interested

Such a phenomenal gym - from the luxurious, elite facilities, the awesome people that work there, the physical training options, to the fact they are open 24 hours, seven days a week, and the accessible location off multiple highways! I've tried multiple gyms around the area and this is the best by far! It's SUPER CLEAN and they have all the equipment you need to get great workouts and stay in shape or get into it, even jacob's ladder, which is rare to find at gyms.
