They are amazing there. When we’re going there, it’s obviously a high stress time, bringing in a beloved pet for some calamity. The staff that greets us is always so kind, and Dr Moira Norris is top notch! I know my babies are in the best of hands while we are there.

Went today 4/25/21 1st time appt. and was extremely impressed with everyone there! Dr. Schwalb was very gentle with dog and I will definitely make all future appts there! I'm glad I followed advice to bring him there from a post I made a few months ago asking for best vet in my area!! Y'all were right!!?
Cynthia is incredible. I have been having GI discomfort for over a year now and after just one session- I woke up the next day pain free, but I also am able to digest my food better. I can finally sleep at night without stomach pain! I am so thankful to have had such a wonderful session with Cynthia! She is just as wise as she is kind! It is truly a pleasure and a treat!
To Elle Italo, I'm not sure where you boarded, but it's not the Mutt in Jeff we've been using for many years. In fact, they recently noticed something wasn't right with our dog, Frankie, not long after we dropped off. They notified us immediately and we made a vet appointment for him that day. They took Frankie to the vet where it was discovered he had some kind of virus that needed immediate attention. They prescribed meds which Mutt in Jeff then administered for us and a major health issue was avoided. That's the Mutt in Jeff I go to -- not sure where you went.
My husband and I went on a trail ride today at Bridle Hill Farm with Elinor, the owner, and it was truly unforgettable. I’ve been riding my entire life and competed for many years, while my husband is a complete beginner. Elinor took wonderful care of both of us from the start — making sure we were matched with the right horses for our skill levels and keeping us safe and comfortable the whole way.
The horses are clearly so happy and well cared for. Living outdoors year-round, they’re steady, confident, and sure-footed on the trails. As someone who has been on countless trail rides before, I can say these horses really know their jobs and genuinely love them.
Elinor herself is an amazing guide — personable, kind, full of great stories, and deeply knowledgeable. She made the ride fun and memorable, while also sharing her love for her farm and horses.
The property is gorgeous, and this was a real trail ride — winding through forest paths and natural trails, not a flat or paved loop. It felt like a true adventure and made our trip to the Catskills incredibly special.
I highly recommend Bridle Hill Farm to both first-timers and experienced equestrians alike. It’s the perfect mix of safety, fun, and authenticity. We can’t wait to come back!
