My beige carpet had become greige...grimy beige. I couldn't get it clean anymore. Though a good quality, it was after all 22 years old! Our dog had been ill and barfing on the rug also So rather than buy new.We decided to have Craig clean it and wait awhile to buy new. NO need! It looks like brand new! I would highly recommend! I am full time traveler and knew I would be in the area for a couple of day and Julie was able to fit me due to a cancellation.
