Tim McCutcheon and his team just removed and replaced over 60,000SF of nearly 70 year old, flat roof at the Tri-Main Center. Price point was very good in comparison other bidders. (They cared enough to actually follow through on the bidding process.) Carmody was always reachable by cell, answered all questions before and during the project, took the time to explain certain details of the replacement and the crew was always friendly and professional. I contracted with Carmody Roofing after bidding the removal and replacement of over 60,000SF of nearly 70 year old, flat roof. Price point was very good in comparison.Carmody (Tim McCutcheon) was always reachable, answered all questions before and during the project and the crew was always friendly and professional. They were eager to get the project and get it done. The crew went above and beyond by repairing some damaged roof deck (I only paid for materials) replacing damaged copper flashing, which was not part of the contract, nor did we even discuss it, and covered and flashed the many old, existing penetrations and obstacles that existed on the roof.
