I contracted with Carmody Roofing after bidding the removal and replacement of over 60,000SF of nearly 70 year old, flat roof. Price point was very good in comparison.Carmody (Tim McCutcheon) was always reachable, answered all questions before and during the project and the crew was always friendly and professional. They were eager to get the project and get it done. The crew went above and beyond by repairing some damaged roof deck (I only paid for materials) replacing damaged copper flashing, which was not part of the contract, nor did we even discuss it, and covered and flashed the many old, existing penetrations and obstacles that existed on the roof. No whining, no negotiating, no added costs...they just did it and did it the right way! Once complete they pushed to complete paperwork within days and even arranged the warranty inspection from Carlisle. To top it off they completed the removal and install about 3 weeks EARLY.
