Tim McCutcheon and his team just removed and replaced over 60,000SF of nearly 70 year old, flat roof at the Tri-Main Center. Price point was very good in comparison other bidders. (They cared enough to actually follow through on the bidding process.) Carmody was always reachable by cell, answered all questions before and during the project, took the time to explain certain details of the replacement and the crew was always friendly and professional. They were eager to get the project and get it done, going above and beyond by repairing some damaged roof deck (I only paid for materials) replacing damaged copper flashing, which was not part of the contract, nor did we even discuss it, and covered and flashed the many old, existing penetrations and obstacles that existed on the roof. No complaints, negotiating, additional charges from them...they repaired the roof right way! They even completed the removal and new install about 3 weeks EARLY...partly because Mother Nature" cooperated too. Once complete they pushed to complete paperwork within days and even arranged the warranty inspection from Carlisle. TriMain Center (6th floor) now has a newly insulated, water tight roof for years to come thanks to Carmody Roofing; Tim, Forest & crew, Carlisle SynTec Systems; Chevy and Brock and to Marathon Roofing Products for the new roof drains!
