We have been using Brightview for our landscape and plowing services for years. They service our HOA and my personal residence. Service is excellent. Angelo and Frankie are always available and responsive to our calls. Lawn work is immaculate and plowing services are done on time. Especially appreciative of honoring requests for out of scope services on short notice. Every Brightview field employee that I have come in contact with is courteous, responsive and respectful. Highly recommend.
Brightview is our landscaper for Connect 55 Auburn. The service they are providing is exceptional. Francesca and Angelo are wonderful and very customer oriented. The work crew that comes here is always professional and they make sure that the property is up to standards before they leave. This is our first year working with this company and they have not disappointed us. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a landscaper. We are so impressed with the service they have to offer that we also are using them for our snow vendor next year.
I would like to give a huge shout out to the entire BrightView team but especially Francesca Smiley and Jeff Scott. We teamed up with them this year (2024) and I am so glad we did. From our first meeting until now they have, hands down, been the best vendor I work with. Their constant communication with us ensures me that they care and are dedicated to providing the best service around. Where they really blew us away was their initial presentation about their services and the company as a whole. They really took the time to personalize the presentation to my company's needs.
