Katrina arrived on time today as scheduled. Performed the maintenance cleaning on our Mitsubishi Heat/air cond. unit. Also Cleaned our gas furnace. Was very pleasant and efficient. We have requested and scheduled for her return service for 2023..
Great guys! Very professional and friendly. The process was seamless from estimate to install. 10 k cheaper than competitor. Had them install a heat pump heat and a/c. Using the attic for the air handler and they ran 8 vents. System is very Quiet. 1 Minor issue was resolved immediately with 1 phone call. Tech was sent outand arrive within 30 min. So happy with this company.Highly recommend!
This is an overdue review of the terrific service I received from Justin H. A couple weeks ago. I have a 50 year old hot water boiler (Justin looked up the model for me because I didn't know how old it was!) . My house has zone heating and the main floor thermostat stopped working. When I called for service, I gave them the brand and model info. The staff was clear on pricing and Justin arrived within 30 minutes of the estimated time. He had the part I needed and was able to install it and get the thermostat working within an hour. He also let me watch the repair and explain the process. I definitely recommend the company and this employee!! One comment- the company only allows you to do a review off their link if you have a google account and set up a gmail email which I don't have or want. After contacting their staff, they told me I could post on Facebook. Thank you Justin!
