My experience here has been nothing short of a blessing. I came here with a multitude of issues, primarily due to my insurance denying most providers while my teeth continued to degrade (dry mouth issues with a removed saliva gland, long story short. A cavity in my tooth rots exponentially faster than average). After a bit of a wait to get in (worth it) we set the schedule and got to work.

Many fillings, root canals, and cleanings later I'm back to myself again. Follow their regimen, and do the little things like brush, floss, and mouth wash before every visit and you'll likely have the same experience as me.

I have deep, large roots, which amplifies my tooth pain something fierce. Glad to say my issues are gone. Good staff, good dentist and they accepted my insurance. That's a Blessing.

It's mighty difficult to find dentist, especially those willing to accept insurances. So of course scheduling will contain no trace of immediacy. My advice is that if you're able to get in, start you care routine and DON'T miss your cleanings. If you're late to the game, use Aspen Dental for your emergencies. You'd be hardpressed to find many others around that have accessible, open schedules that accept insurances.

I would reccomend TRC to others. Hoping to see their operation grow, they're going to be short on providers in a moment due to medical reasons (praying for them).🤞 Hopefully they find a couple more suitable professionals in the meantime.

Horrible experience...I swear they try their best to make you not want to come back.Should be investigated honestly to make sure they are certified.

I can't even get an appointment with them, I call every week to be told they are so backed up with new patients that they will call me when they have time to schedule me. It's been several months now and I've been on antibiotics three times for an infected tooth. My primary care doctor told me that half her patients are dealing with the same issue. Why is this kind of treatment allowed to continue? How do we put a stop to it? I'm open to suggestions.

I recently saw Kelly for cleaning and was very pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. Not only was she kind and professional I could tell she is passionate about her job. She did a great job without leaving me feeling like she was rushed to catch up or distracted. She took time to ask and answer questions and explained every part of the process which really helps ease anxiety. Kelly made sure I was comfortable at every step and we discussed options and set up regular appointments to keep on track. The front office staff was also very friendly and helpful and this was overall a night and day experience from several years ago when they had different staff and management. Dr. Bowman has been very efficient and thorough as well and got to the bottom of an issue I was having and was able to manage my discomfort in a timely manner. I am much more likely to recommend them again because of this experience and believe they are on the right track for being a provider the community can rely on and be proud of.

Very, unprofessional office had my appt canceled 2 times within 2 months. Excuses over excuses. They confirmed my appt a day before then a couple hour later called saying it needs to be rescheduled. I've used my vacation to take off weeks before for these appts.

Told them on the phone what Mr primary insurance was, they still didn't tell me til after I got there that they didn't accept. I'm disabled and impoverished and can't afford out of pocket fees. So when this tooth infection kills me I'll make sure I dedicate my suicide note to the resource center!

    Professional, polite, accommodating and personable.

Kelly, your dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth is fantastic. She took the time to explain what procedures will be performed and why they are needed, and made sure that I felt relaxed and comfortable before she began, as well as throughout the entire appointment. Kelly also followed up with suggestions for the best after care until my next visit too. I have never had a better experience than I have had with her. She left me with a beautiful clean smile, even after I had a few years of neglect. She is a true professional at her craft!

The Resource Center should feel very lucky to have her on their team. I have worked in luxury hospitality and the healthcare field in large cities for years, and I have very high expectations when it comes to the service I receive. I can honestly say I couldn’t find anything to complain about, for once… and that’s very rare!

Thank You Kelly! I’ll definitely be back to see you for my next appointment!!!

This location never answers the telephone -mostly because they don't want you to know they only have one dentist that works one day a week and if they see you on an emergency basis, no work is perform. They make another appointment for 6 or more months later.

Awful. Dr. Yang ground my top front tooth so thin. I went back for her to fix it. She was rude and didn't use any novacaine. She put some bonding on the middle of my tooth and did a bite check. My bottom teeth were hitting the ridge she created so she ground it off and my tooth is the same as when I went in. She drilled my gum and when I showed pain she didn't even care.
