The salesperson was very patient and showed me alot until I found what I wanted. The installer was knowledgeable and went beyond installation. I have been s customer for 30 years and still love their service.

Wow, what great customer service. Matt and his team were unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we were relocating to the area and not in town to do anything in person. We’re also very happy with the carpet and installation, but their customer service set them apart and why we’ll recommend them and head their way if we ever need carpet again! Thanks, Matt!

Matt is great! Two apartments I've turned to the best in town and I'm yet to be let down. Fantastic suggestions with color combinations. Installation was timely and the final product is night and day to once was and what in now. I highly recommend Henry James!
