Wow, what great customer service. Matt and his team were unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we were relocating to the area and not in town to do anything in person. We’re also very happy with the carpet and installation, but their customer service set them apart and why we’ll recommend them and head their way if we ever need carpet again! Thanks, Matt!

Heard great things and saw great reviews so I gave it a try. Stopped in twice. Once to chat and get samples. No problems there. Made an appt for Matt to come measure. Did not show up or call. Called next day, he apologized, so we set another day and time to measure. Again, no call no show. I guess he just didn't want our business which is fine but I find that to be unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will not recommend.
