The Chautauqua Center is a federally qualified health center that specializes in family medicine, women's health, dental care, pharmacy, behavioral health, and substance abuse services. They offer same-day appointments, insurance enrollment assistance, a sliding fee scale, and discount prescriptions. The center has bilingual staff to help patients every step of the way. Patients praise the dental program, describing the staff as friendly, caring, and welcoming. They provide excellent service, including emergency appointments and step-by-step explanations of procedures. The center's chiropractor, Zachary, is also highly recommended, with one patient feeling "like a new person" after their first appointment. While the services, care, and staff are generally praised, there is a concern that the Integrated Health Care System may be unintentionally profiling low-income patients as having an addiction. The facility and the entire county are also reported to be understaffed in every sector, suggesting a need for more qualified medical staff to create a healthier and happier community.
Please do not use their psych services in the Jamestown area. I'm not talking about counseling, i'm talking about providers who prescribe meds. They have 2 new ones and one of them is literally one of the
most unethical people, let alone a medical care professional, I've ever witnessed. I've worked in healthcare my entire life . If you want your Hippa broken, false documentation in your chart then go see this one! Not only will she say something untrue, she makes someone chart it and won't take it out when she finds out she's wrong. Good experiences with the actual physicians, but the experience is overall negative due to the office staff. They rarely answer the phone, don’t call back when voicemails are left, or reply to messages through the portal. Very frustrating. Docs leave and they don’t tell you you’ve lost your provider. They don’t do blood draws for me on site but they do for my husband and child—why? They don’t have Covid boosters for my child even though I explicitly asked when I booked the appointment. The communication is just horrendous.
We see Dr.Robbins for our pediatrician and he is just the best! He has extremely good bed side manner,and takes the time to listen to our questions and concerns! He doesn’t rush to see you and move on to the next patient. He also holds our baby while addressing our questions and concerns! I highly recommend them!
