“We had some complications with our taxes due to a lot of life changes last year. I knew we were going to owe this year, but the magic number was unknown. I went to Turbotax like I always do and when it was all said and done I owed $9,000 to Fed and $11,000 to the state. Turbotax didn't address all of my concerns though and the first person I talked too was more interested in showing me how easy my problem was to fix than understanding the problem and actually trying to help me. So I took all of my documents to A M Suchar & Son over on Layfette St. in Jamestown. Louise, the owner, found the tax breaks that I was trying to get through Turbotax and now between State and Fed I only owe $500. Their costs to me was $500, but it was well worth it in my opinion. They were really great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.“
