My daughters have grown so much in confidence and discipline since joining this martial arts class. Even my 3 year old is learning skills, staying focused, and having fun at the same time. I'm so happy with their progress!
The cardio workout classes here are excellent would totally recommend, great energy, knowledgeable instructors and a friendly atmosphere. My overall health and strength has improved drastically, in particular my asthma. I look and feel great, totally hooked!
My daughter is starting her 5th year of karate at Woodhaven Martial Arts School with Shihan Luis and in her first year of Judo with Shihan Coronado. She attends classes three times a week and at least a handful of competitions. She has not only learning the art of karate and Judo, but also has been taught some very valuable life skills: loyalty, commitment, accountablity, but also has gained an extended family who support and encourage her in academics and life it self, a family. Now our three year old son, a few months into his learnings, is attending class twice a week is coming home wanting to teach us, his parents, all the techniques he learned.
