This is my first purchase from here and first time in years buying bundles. I purchased 3 bundles of 20 inch body wave earlier in the month. It was $110 plus I brought some Silicon mix shampoo which came out to $125. Finger combing and brushing before washing was little to no tangling and shedding. I washed with the Silicon mix and conditioned. It was tangling after washing but the conditioner helped. I got it installed last week half fulani braids/sew in. I braid it up at night and use flexi rods. It does tangle up and when I brush or finger comb it sheds. It's minimum shedding but it's each time. I will recommend if you are looking for affordable bundles to buy in person without having to wait for shipping.

This hair is terrible.. half synthetic.. Do Not buy!! I had no choice but to settle because ordered hair did not ship in time but I wasted my money even doing that because I paid to install trash.. it matted second day. Also the guy there knows nothing about hair except length and texture so he can sell. Any other questions or concerns you have he acts as if you are bothering him. Never again!

Even though I got half of a refund because I was not continuing to argue with the sales person, the salesperson really had the nerve to lie to me. I was explaining how the hair was defective and didn’t hold a curl. I had bought mink body wave and even before making the purchase for the mink I got Indian body wavy(which also did not curl). He kept lying to me and said that body wave is not going to hold a curl. ( flat iron or curling iron curls) He kept stating to ask a professional and I’ve been installing body wave in my hair for 10 years to know body wave can hold a curl. A professional can tell you that this was a bad batch but don’t lie and say body waves don’t hold a curl This just made me not even want to come back to this place EVEN MORE!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES PEOPLE WHO LIE. AND THIS IS COMING FROM A SALESPERSON!!!!!
