Affordable and beautiful salon. However, this would be my last time coming. I am a natural hair, and have been growing it out for years. My hair is severely heat damaged from getting a wash and set from this salon. I didn't realize how hot the blow dryer was. my hair is straight at the root, and its going to be a headache to take care of.
-after the business replied to my saying that my hair is already damaged. I can't believe they would make this assumption when they don't even know who I was. This response is a horrible reflection of their professionalism. Please do not go to this place if you have natural hair.

Hair type: I have really coarse hair and every time I come here they really treat my hair good it’s looks healthy and shiny and very silky
Stylist: I had two one who washed and the other who blow dried my hair and they both were phenomenal

I have been coming here for a 11 years. And Iam always pleased with my hair . Everyone is very pleasant , work at fast pace , clean environment great energy. They give you what you ask for every time I come I feel like a new woman when my hair is finished

Beautiful salon. Loved the at they played gospel throughout my stay. There was a bit of a wait but the service was worth it. The woman who washed my hair was nice and attentive and also gentle which is a plus! I got a regular wash, deep condition, and blow dry. Pricing is pretty affordable and on par with typical Dominican type salons.

I'm so happy I found Style by Bar. I had been going to Reaction Hair Salon for more than a decade and their standards have been dropping so dramatically in service that I needed to find a new hair salon. I decided to try Style by Bar which is less than 2 blocks away from Reaction and the service is impeccable. The girls take their time and my blowout (I have natural 3b hair type) is always soft and silky and it lasts. The products used are great quality. The salon is well maintained clean and feels safe since customers can only be buzzed in. I recommend this Dominican Hair Salon ?

Hands Down I give teresa a 5 star ! She's been my hairstylist for almost 14yr and I never been disappoint. I don't play when it comes to my hair, I'm super picky because I like to get the results that I'm expected. For sure you will get that outcome you are looking for, here at this salon! All of her staff are amazing too. They all take good care of you and everyone does a good job with doing hair because I had to get my hair done by her staff a few time, if teresa wasn't available. I will alway get my hair done here. You should too!

I visited earlier this morning. The ladies didn’t speak to me much but were very nice and accommodating. The Service was swift, they took their time with my hair. The place was very clean and overall I will be returning. This was my second time here, and they didn’t disappoint yet again.
