My building’s management is crap, so I was so pleasantly surprised that once I was finally put in touch with Marlon, he fixed all 3 different electrical problems in my apartment in less than a day. He’s efficient and professional, as well as communicative and friendly. And he schlepped all the way from Queens! Would recommend.

I have never worked with someone as professional as Marlon of Home Improvement Solutions. He is the most punctual technician, and his work on my apartment is outstanding. So often, technicians will give a vague arrival time and then come hours outside of the window. When Marlon says he will be here at 9am, he is here at 9am. It is such a blessing to know I can count on him.
