I went there for the first time to get my eyebrows threaded, and they messed them up really badly. I kept telling the lady not to shape my eyebrows, just to clean them up, but she didn’t listen and made them so thin. 😭😭

They are so rude and disgusting. They didn’t listen to instructions on how I wanted my eyebrows done and completely ruined the sides and middle leaving them completely bare. They don’t care about their costumers self appearance and ruined my eyebrows on the day of Eid. Save yourself and DONT COME HERE!

Omg never again! I trusted them cause they do awesome job with haircut and eyebrows! So I thought why not give them a chance to color my hair. Holy cow biggest mistake ever! I wanted a caramel brownish color since my skin tone is little in the darker side. The manager goes like apu you should go blonde, uh no, do I look like someone who want blond hair. She goes to color my hair and when it's blown out it's literally carrot orange and she goes that's the color you wanted. Like WTH! I was crying and she wasn't even suggesting me how to fix it and I just chose a dark brown and recolored it. Omg never again! Horrible experience, stay away from this salon for hair coloring....read full review
