I'm writing a review of our experience with JR Tree Care because we had a great experience (and also because the reviews below are inconsistent and undersell JR).
After we called Brian, he came to give an estimate the next AM. Brian arrived on time to give a thoughtful estimate and provided the written documentation he promised within hours.
His team arrived at the planned time 2 days later. They worked carefully, addressing our specific requests and concerns. Their work was neat, careful, and safe, and they didn't leave until the yard was cleaner than they found it.

Excellent service while setting up the appointment,followed up by the work crew coming as scheduled. Excellent trimming of the trees along with a great clean up afterwards ? ?
Erica was the person I spoke with on the phone. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. She sent Brian to assess the situation and he came quickly. The next day his team was here on time to remove the tree and they were extremely professional. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Erica, Brian and his team. I recommend them.
