Such a great dealership!! Eric and Eli were such great help and super friendly. Drove right into Hillside to be greeted by the welcoming staff that had everything done within 20-30 min. Not only did they give a great deal, they also helped get the new vehicle inspected and helped get insurance added to my policy. Will definitely come back again in the future.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Just came all the way here to a car that was DISGUSTING. SMELLED of cigarettes and was dirty. I was beside myself. The salesman had the nerve to ask if I wanted to still test drive it. Like what? I'm pissed. I asked the salesman if this was just brought in because of the way it looked. He said it came in about 2 weeks ago. The carfax said it arrived in March. It is now July. Scammer alert. Fuck this place. Do not go.
When a dealer begins his speech with "this isn't a bait and switch but...." Guess what? It's a bait and switch. We made an appointment to see a specific car all the way out in Jamaica (1 hour drive for us). They confirmed the car was available for our appointment the following day and even called us in the morning to make sure we were still coming. When we arrived we discovered that the car had been sold weeks prior as evidenced by the CARFAX.
