I just want to start off by saying I understand things happen but if you are a professional and you make a mistake you must own up to it! With that being said I went to get my forward helix pierced but it ended terribly!!! There was a mishap ( that was never explained to me what happened exactly) but my ear was bleeding nonstop. The piercer is also in the middle of training someone and tells the apprentice “this is what happens when you are in a bit of a rush”, he then proceeds to attempt to re-pierce my ear without any discussion about it and blames me for “moving” after he clearly stated he was rushing. From the first time I came to this place, it has been welcoming. The staff are Forever Ever Ink. I am beyond stoked about my recent Forever Ever Ink. The guy is beyond amazing with his art and takes his time and Forever Ever Ink.
Jesse did a incredible job with a cover-up on a tattoo that really wasn't what I wanted. I gave her freedom of artistic direction and she blew away my expectations on it. Highly recommend her and the shop.
