Adriane should not be allowed to work there. I was on the verge of collapse before seeing my psychiatrist. I asked for a little kindness and she talked to me like I was a monster; unwelcomed and unwanted. After the office closed and the doors got locked she came after me screaming with two of her friends. She hurt me more than she helped me. She bullied me while she was working. She is a terrible face/representation at ANY care center.

Update: they purposely didn’t pick up my calls and once I used a different number they did. RIDICULOUS

Once again like EVERYONE has been saying previously. They do not pick up phone calls and they do not care about their patients. I been needing my medication for 2 weeks now. And been calling almost every single day. When they do pick up, they say they’ll let them know to send my medication. They been telling me this for 2 weeks. Is it that hard to get medication sent?!? If you can pick an other location, PICK IT. This location is not caring, doesn't have great Communication and lack professionality. I work with OMH and we have different facilities that come here for PSYCH. THE PSYCH DOCTORS ARE OK I WOULDNT SAY GREAT. BUT IF YOU DONT GO WITH YOU CLIENT YOU WOULD NOT KNOW ANYTHING BECAUSE WHEN YOU CALL FOR A REPORT OR ANY NORMAL UPDATES ;THERE IS NEVER ANY ANSWER! I HAVE PERSOALLY CALLED FOR ONE WEEK STRIGHT NO ANSWER. WHEN THEY DO ANSWER THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO THE SOURCE YOU NEED WHICH IS THE PSYCH DOCTOR.
